Big flavors, big menu, big flatbread—it’s all here at Pasha. A toasty, warm round of bread arrives with olive oil and za’atar, more than enough to put your appetite on notice (though you’d do well to add an order of hummus, labneh, dolma, falafel, and kibbeh). Larger plates include gyros, kebabs, shawarmas, and do-it-yourself rice bowls. There’s also lightly fried basa—a kind of catfish farmed in Asia—which was surprisingly delicate, and among our favorites.
