A crunchy old-fashioned wedge salad with fabulous house-cured bacon barely left room for a three-inch-thick burger topped with a generous slice of pork belly and a fried egg. This modern diner—nicely freshened up from the previous occupant of the tiny corner spot—also has a dog-friendly patio, a glossy full bar, and late-night hours (till 3 Thur–Sun).
