The little barbecue shack has expanded to include indoor dining, a bar, and a lovely courtyard. We were perfectly satisfied with the succulent baby back pork ribs and the tender chopped brisket. But we were delighted with the smoked turkey, which was amazingly juicy. Of the usual sides, most were not notable, with one exception: the red potato and corn salad. Served warm, with a tangy, vinegary dressing, it was a big hit at our table. Bonuses: Slims is on the quiet end of Main Street, there’s plenty of parking, and it’s open on Monday and Tuesday.
