This locally owned and operated brewpub helped introduce craft beer to Dallas in 2012. The latest location is an airy venue tucked into Plano’s Boardwalk at Granite Park, in the southeast quadrant of the Dallas North and Sam Rayburn tollways. The vibe is a bit industrial but also open and light-filled. Order this to go: Sweet-and-spicy tempura shrimp, dry-rubbed Texas redfish with a grilled pineapple-and-jicama salad, and a shaved roast beef sandwich layered with melted provolone and mozzarella and served au jus. Get the luscious carrot cake too. Pro tip: The food prep is efficient, so don’t dillydally.
