Nestled in a tiny strip center in Plano, this family-owned and -operated place attracts foodies from all over. The menu is exhaustive, with classics like Kung Pao chicken and Singapore-style noodles but also deep-fried halibut with tomato sauce and pan-fried duck with mandarin sauce. We had the Fuzi Prawn, the fried crustaceans sautéed in a honey hollandaise, and the wok-stir-fried chicken with crunchy water chestnuts, button mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas in a simple butter sauce. Cocktails are inventive and addictive, like the Pink Peppercorn Paloma and the Mai Tai-tini.
