The kitchen doesn’t mess around when you specify “spicy” at this tiny Thai and Laotian restaurant tucked in a strip center. A chalkboard mural brightens the space, and the fantastic “street food” more than compensates for the disposable utensils. We’re hooked on Lao specialties like nam khao, crispy coconut rice and fermented-pork lettuce wraps. Zaap’s version of classic Thai drunken noodles is the best we’ve ever had.
