Responsibly Raised and Wild Caught Seafood Program
Everyone knows you can get fresh seafood at H-E-B, but you might not know that they partner with suppliers committed to sustainable practices to help preserve the health of our oceans, lakes, and rivers. More than half of all seafood in the cases at H-E-B is wild caught seafood and traceable from boat to store. H-E-B also has a line of responsibly raised seafood products that has no antibiotics, no growth hormones added, and come from certified safe water ecosystems. Try some Responsibly Raised Norwegian Atlantic Salmon farmed in the crisp waters of Norway, or Wild Caught Atlantic Cod Loin fished in the fresh waters of Iceland.
