America’s largest indoor waterpark expanded in 2023 to include thousands more square feet of splashing fun outside in the Texas sunshine. Visitors to the outdoor waterpark at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions can ride the wave of excitement drifting along 900 feet of not-so-lazy river, shooting hoops in the massive water basketball pool, splashing down the bug-themed slides of Bug Burrow, and climbing the wet swing-set of Savannah Springs. Adults can soak in some rays and enjoy the 1,100 square foot swim-up and walk-up bar, The Thirsty Turtle, as well as other outdoor adult amenities. With indoor thrills like Tom Foolery’s, an 80,000 square foot adventure park, an escape room, bowling, Build-A-Bear and more, there is no shortage of family adventure.
