David Claybar has lived in Orange all his life, except when he went away to college and culinary school. This homesick chef came back as fast as he could and has run the Old Orange Cafe since 2004. Inside the old Orange Dairy Company building, the lunch-only restaurant caters events all over town, dispatching delivery drivers just like the milkmen of days gone by.
