Desert Plant & Pepper
The Desert Plant & Pepper appears as soft and alluring as a glass of pink lemonade, but prepare your palate for a punch.
Equipment
- 1 shaker
- 1 bar strainer
Ingredients
- 2 spring radishes
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- 1½ ounces sotol
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
Directions
- Roughly chop one radish and then muddle it with the lemon juice in a shaker.
- Add sotol and agave and shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with a whole radish.
