Ingredients

spring radishes

ounce
lemon juice

ounces
sotol
1
teaspoon
agave nectar
Directions
Roughly chop one radish and then muddle it with the lemon juice in a shaker.
Add sotol and agave and shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with a whole radish.
