Summertime Salsa

Best before, during, and after every meal.

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ serrano chile, finely chopped (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup diced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

Directions 

  • In a food processor, blend the first 3 ingredients into a chunky puree. Stir in the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and serve immediately.
