Newly relocated from a cramped convenience store to a comfortable shopping center space in Ridglea, Mariachi’s Dine-In is a go-to for classic Mexican fare (with an extensive vegan menu to boot). Queso fundido delivered hot, gooey white Mexican cheeses swirled with chorizo and topped with pico de gallo. The carnitas torta piled generous amounts of pulled pork atop chunky refried beans, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a fresh bun. The vegan winner was the abundant bowl of black beans, rice, cashew cheese, vegan crema, and jackfruit birria, topped with avocado slices, cilantro, onion, and pickled red cabbage.
