The brother-and-sister-owned “shack” that started out as a food truck locals had to chase around town has now grown into a full-fledged brick-and-mortar establishment, offering a seemingly endless variety of soft drinks and sparkling waters combined with all kinds of fun flavors. Order this to go: The Buddy, their best-selling Dr Pepper and coconut concoction, makes regular Dr Pepper taste plain. Other favorites of ours are the Rhinestone Cowboy (Mountain Dew, coconut, and strawberry) and the El Luchador (Big Red, coconut, and strawberry). If there’s a chill in the air when you stop by, try the Buttuh-beer (root beer and butterscotch) with toasted marshmallow. Pro tip: The line (they are drive-through-only right now) can get long, but the staff is efficient.
