I'm not referring to Sylvester Turner et al. I'm referring to the way that Democrats behaved during the debate on the Entergy bill. They really put the hammerlock on members who voted "wrong," just the way Craddick used to do. One member was so hounded that the only way to escape was to leave the floor. I have seen several indications this session that the Democrats are giving indications of what things might be like if they should win a majority of the House, and it isn't pretty. This is a bill that has no chance to become law. Either it will die in the Senate or it will be vetoed by the governor. It was just a symbolic vote to show that the trial lawyers could win. Not a good sign.
