Deb Bolton’s place has remained a stalwart for over 20 years as other culinary ventures have come and gone in downtown Longview. Despite parking challenges, continuous street construction, and even a pandemic, this little lunch spot has flourished thanks to fresh ingredients and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Deb enjoys concocting her own versions of other chef’s recipes, but the menu relies on standard light lunch options such as soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps, as well as an ever-changing dessert list. On a recent visit we tried the cordon bleu sandwich (chicken, ham, and Swiss with a rich blue cheese dressing) and a side of pasta salad. We may or may not have topped it off with a yummy piece of apple pie.
