We were sad to see our favorite sandwich shop with the funny name (yes, we are talking about the late local edition of Schlotzsky’s) close earlier this year, but we were delighted when Seymour’s Deli opened in its place, and even happier when we discovered familiar faces behind the counter. Seymour’s sourdough-crust pizzas are as good as we remember ever tasting, and its nostalgic Classic Sandwich, with warmed ham, salami, and cheese, served on soft sourdough bread, is likewise great (you can also get a version with cold meat and Italian dressing).
