Hosted by our very own food and BBQ editors Pat Sharpe and Daniel Vaughn, over 600 Texans packed the sold-out event in Houston, TX, at beautiful Silver Street Studios. Renowned pit-masters and chefs from all over the region served up incredible meaty dishes made with fresh beef from 44 Farms while live music from the Gibson stage filled the air with bands Mike Ethan Messick andJohn Evans. Guests sipped on ice-cold Bud Light, handcrafted Gentleman Jack cocktails, and Barritt’s Ginger Beer mules as they enjoyed food and games in our elevated country picnic setting.
