Lubbock native Curtis Jordan has hit another home run with this casual spot, where aromas from the grill and friendly smiles from the servers greet you as you walk in. We began with the Southwest Eggrolls, a punchy mix of beans, corn, and green chile sauce. After debating among pizzas, burgers, and several seafood offerings, we decided to go with a steak. On the plus side, it was cooked perfectly; on the minus side, it was a tad bland. For dessert, the peanut butter chocolate calzone is hard to resist. And at some point, you have to try to the Wild Rita (a watermelon and Fireball marg that sounds scary but is in fact delicious). Go on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday night to enjoy live music on the patio.
