Protein House’s mantra is “Eat Clean, Train Mean, Get Lean.” All items on the menu use fresh, unprocessed, non-GMO ingredients and include calorie and macro counts, if you’re into that sort of thing. We were there for good food and enjoyed the Thai Monster Bowl with chicken, beef, green vegetables, and a spicy house-made sauce over rice. The Muscle Builder burger—two organic bison patties, turkey bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onions on a whole wheat bun—was good for a so-called healthy burger. Looking forward to going back for breakfast to check out the pancakes.
