Jessica Luther is an investigative journalist, author, and podcaster living in Austin, Texas. She has written extensively on the intersection of sports and gendered violence, including for Texas Monthly. Her investigative work has earned awards from the Associated Press Sports Editors, Investigative Reporters & Editors, and the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault. She is the author of two books: Unsportsmanlike Conduct: College Football and the Politics of Rape and Loving Sports When They Don’t Love You Back: Dilemmas of the Modern Sports Fan, the latter of which she coauthored with Kavitha Davidson.
