The former Bistro Provence has been refashioned and refreshed with a country-chic look and a new seasonal menu featuring five appetizers, five entrées, and five desserts (thus the new name). Order this to go: Gone are some of our favorites, like the salade niçoise and coq au vin, but in their stead is a salade lyonnaise (frilly frisée, bacon bites, a lively vinaigrette, and a perfectly poached egg) and braised rabbit leg with fork-tender meat in a creamy mustard sauce with toothsome mustard greens. Another stellar option is the quenelle de saumon, wild salmon with a snapper mousse, toasty on top and nestled in a bowl of earthy mushroom sauce. Desserts are star-studded too, like decadent chocolate hazelnut mousse and classic apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream. Pro tip: Check out the restaurant’s Zoom dinners; you order a three-course meal with wine pairings, then join your hosts and fellow diners online at a designated time.
