Dylan’s Barbeque Saloon

Bryan Mahoney was a catering veteran with a barbecue itch. When Dylan Johnson, the co-owner of Milo’s Bar in Arlington, called about a potential partnership for a bar and barbecue joint in Dallas, Mahoney was in. They opened the doors to Dylan’s Barbeque Saloon in 2015, with Johnson running the bar and Mahoney manning their new custom-built smoker.

  • I love the ribs here at Dylan’s BBQ got that cappuccino on em an the brisket sandwich was a 10. The green beans were a lil to crisp for me but the potato salad was excellent as well as the beans also liked the pork grinds with each meal. This is Texas so some beef ribs would be a great addition to there menu. Great beer selection as well

    I was at Dylan’s BBQ in Dallas last night. (7:00pm). I was very disappointed in the brisket and the sides.

    #dylansbarbequesaloon is awesome !!! Dylan has created a great place to meet friends and family, grab lunch w co-workers, watch the Cowboys games, and cut loose from the grind. Add in some of the best bbq and fixins and you have Dylan’s BBQ Saloon. My favorite is the meatloaf sliders – finger lickin good !!

    I discovered #Dylan’sBBQ one day in June and it has pretty much become mine and my coworkers Friday Favorite lunch spot!!! The chopped brisket sandwich is our favorite go to lunch choice. The brisket is always full of flavor and has never been dry. We also like the meatloaf sliders. If you haven’t tried them, you should. The fried cornbread muffins used for the sliders is the icing on the cake. To add a little sweet treat, they have started making a banana pudding that is by far some of the best I’ve had because they add a little twist to it. We love going to Dylan’s and look forward to it each week.
