With a patio and sprawling bar, Good Graces, in the new Marriott Uptown, is a boon to its vibrant neighborhood. Peruvian chef Juan Pablo Silva (a Ritz Carlton veteran) impresses with globally influenced bistro classics. Order this to go: The generously sized Peruvian-style ceviche features snapper cured in a citrusy aji amarillo marinade; it’s served with micro-cilantro, crunchy Incan toasted corn, and seaweed salad. The salmon pavé, topped with a peanut romesco sauce, is excellent; the tender filet rests on a bed of silky, braised eggplant in a delicious garlicky broth. Carnivores can enjoy a good Texas Wagyu steak or a burger. Pro tip: Check the restaurant’s Facebook page for the online menu and order by phone.
