Opened in 2020, this Japanese steakhouse offers an extensive menu of sushi and sashimi complemented by stir-fried dishes and a welcome variety of ramen bowls. All of the latter are delicious, but the spicy seafood version is the standout. From the sushi menu, the house Sumo Roll lives up to its name with six gargantuan pieces stuffed with soft-shell crab and avocado and topped with eel. The yellowtail carpaccio is an ample portion of expertly sliced fish topped with jalapeño in a shallow pool of ponzu—a perfect blend of fresh, delicate, and spicy.
