Order this to go: Every ingredient shines on these pies, from the slightly tangy charred crust and robust tomato on the Margherita to the mild fontina and creamy sauce on the Vodka Arrabbiata (adding tiny pepper-flecked sausage crumbles to that pizza takes it to the next level). As for vegetables, preserved lemon and pine nuts punctuate roasted cauliflower, while an herb-laced Bibb lettuce salad is the antithesis of the soggy, pepperoncini-clogged afterthought you normally find.
