True to its name, Domingo evokes a leisurely Sunday mood with its all-day Mexican/Texican menu and calm, airy riverside dining room (located on the lower level of the new Canopy hotel). A cast-iron skillet of savory cornbread (green chile, zucchini, and honey butter) is an outlier on the Mexican-leaning menu, and a great starter for the table. Of the lunch items we tried, best of all was a plate of plump, crisp-fried taquitos filled with Wagyu beef and drizzled with a tomatillo-avocado salsa.
