It is possible that the kitchen here, where the aptly named Squeeze Marfa once dished out fresh juices and breakfast, is larger than any of the small dining spaces in town. Baked goods are a specialty, running from croissants to amazing breads, like the sourdough that came with our smoked salmon plate. The platter was at least half covered by translucent slices of lovely lox, and alongside were all kinds of things to combine with it: whipped cream cheese, capers, cucumbers, tomatoes tasting of a summer garden, and, of course, the thick slices of buttered and grilled bread. If you love Benedicts, the weekend brunch features six kinds. If the weather is nice, dine on the pooch-friendly patio.
