Located downtown, this family-owned pizzeria serves up artisan-style pies cooked in a wood-fired oven. The 1800’s-era building (once a livery stable) makes for an atmosphere that’s equally suited for a family outing or casual date night. The hand-tossed pizza crusts are light and chewy and come out of the oven with a nice char and delectable smoky flavor. From the weekly-changing menu, we chose the Adelina, topped with ground beef, pepperoncini, and piquillo peppers, as well as the “off menu” vegetarian pie, which featured artichokes and fresh basil. Both were exceptional. The menu also offers salads and an extensive selection of wines and craft beers.
