There’s something to be said for familiarity and consistency. So when my husband and I stumbled across Castle Hill Cafe on Fifth Street (in Austin, of course), we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to dine at one of our old stomping grounds. And, we were pleased with the results: 1) our server was knowledgeable and attentive (quite a compliment in Austin) and 2) the food proved to be delicious–succulent pork tenderloin with posole won the prize.
A little bit of change is good, right? In this case, yes. Right now there is a bar under construction, which should be open in January. We’ll certainly check back.
