Austin, Dallas, and Houston restaurants were honored in Bon Appetit‘s compilation of the 50 Best New Restaurants in America. FT33 (Dallas), Jeffrey’s, and Josephine House (Austin), The Pass & Provisions (Houston), Ramen Tatsu-ya (Austin), Spoon Bar & Kitchen (Dallas), and Sway (Austin) were among 44 restaurants across the U.S.
California restaurants received the most nominations on the magazine’s list, followed closely Texas’s six and New York’s five. On Wednesday, August 14, the magazine will narrow the list down to the top ten in the nation.
