Nari Hodges founded Ooyoo Pan, with her boyfriend, Aldo Cortes. Based in San Antonio, the pop-up micro bakery specializes in handcrafted sweets that are a fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors, paying homage to both Hodges’ and Cortes’ heritages.
